How to block users in NotifyVisitors dashboard

Blocking a user from NotifyVisitors means that the blocked user will be considered anonymous and will no longer be taken as a known user. Although all the activities performed by the users on the website will still be tracked.

1. Certain users are randomly purchasing the product but not in human form, which means there is no real-time transaction between you and users. You can block those users in such a scenario.
2. Suppose you are sending campaigns to the test users to check the effectiveness of the campaigns but you do not want to track them while sending the campaigns in a real production environment. In such a case, you can block the test users.
How to Block Users in NotifyVisitors :
1.Navigate to the NotifyVisitors dashboard > Settings> Block users.
2. Enter the user id in the BLOCK USERS and click on the SUBMIT button to block any user.

Blocking users will ease up in preventing the sending of the real-time triggers to the users who have requested not to send those campaigns or if they are the test-users.
