1. Go to the dashboard and navigate to the Notifications section to access GEO -FENCING.
2. Click on CREATE ANDROID NOTIFICATION to create a Star Rating Notification.
After creating a notification,STATE ITS DESCRIPTION.
3. Define the name of your notification and click on SAVE button.
4) Now define the variables of the Star-rating Notification. After defining click on SAVE and CONTINUE button.
- Title : Give the title for your notification.
- Message : It signifies the message of your Feedback Push Notification.
5) How to define the variables of PUSH NOTIFICATION MEDIA .
- Notification Icon : Upload images for your Notification Icon.
- Rich-Media : It specifies URL to upload the background of the notification.
Once you stuff your notifications with images. Next, define their advanced options.
Advanced options specify the CONDITIONS of sending notifications.
- Define the variables of ADVANCED OPTIONS for Push Notifications.
- Send at high priority: Choose to select the priority of your notification.
- Deliver when Active : Choose whether to send the notification to the user while he is active or whether he is offline.
- Sound resource name: It specifies the sound alert for your notification.
- Lifetime of a message : Define the validity of your Push Notification. i.e. If you have set the time validity for the push notification as one hour. If a user is active within that time slot, he will view the notification. ELSE, the notification won’t be delivered to his browser.

How to define the conditions for star-rating notifications :
What do you want to display on your review screen :
- Ask for review : Choose to select YES or NO .. if you want to ask user’s review or not.
- Font Color: It specifies the font color for the text of the notification.
- Content Background Color: Highlight the background color for the notification.
- Call-to-action Background Color : Decide the color tone of the CTA button.
- Description : State the description that you want to state in Your Star rating Notification.
- Question : Ask your users what changes you need to improve yourself.
How to define the targeting rules for Star Rating Push Campaigns :
- Basic rule : Target the subscribers whom you want to send the notifications across all platforms and devices. Also, You can target only those subscribers who have enrolled for your services for a specific time period.
- User-identity : Specify if the user you are sending is Known or a new one.
- Location rule : Specify the Location of the users whom you want to send the notifications. i.e. Country,State or City.
Note: You can add more fields if you want to select any other country, state, city.
- Select Groups : Specify the GROUPS whom you want to send the notifications. Choose from the check-box type options and Click on Update Button.
- Audience: It defines sending notifications to segment users based on their actions and browsing behavior.
- Geo-fencing rule: It determines the latitude and longitude of the location of the users whom you are targeting to send push notifications.
When do you want to send push notifications?
To schedule push notifications, go to the schedule notification section of the panel. Explicate the variables to schedule notifications.
- Schedule notification time: It defines the time by which you want to send your notifications to the users.
- Send test notification: Before sending the push notifications to the users. Test send a notification to check if it is appearing OK to you. Click on “Test Send” and place your user profile id in the pop-up.
- Notification Center: It determines the display of missed notifications in the website's customized inbox. Here missed notification refers to the unseen or canceled notifications.
