Account access management in NotifyVisitors

ACCOUNT ACCESS IN NOTIFYVISITORS 

NotifyVisitors allows you to give account access to any of your team members who would have the power to perform different tasks at hand such as create,  update, duplicate, activate and delete the campaigns, view analytics, account settings, and so on.

Read this article to know how "account access" works in NotifyVisitors and what actions can any of the team members of your brand perform within the account accessibility.

HOW DOES NOTIFYVISITORS ACCOUNT ACCESS WORKS :

• Login to your NotifyVisitors account and navigate to the account access in the settings.

• Give access to any of the team members whether it is admin, maker, or checker by adding a new user. Add his/her email id and password.

• You can assign the role to the team members for a specific product or all of the products. According to their role, they can perform tasks for one or all of the products.

For example - You can allot the maker to create campaigns, edit them and view the analytics in web push notifications as his role implies these tasks. 

Note: Here you can allow makers to create campaigns, edit them and view analytics for one or all of the products.

• Click on add user to allow him/her to perform his/her part.
• Along with the access given to the user, permission to view the account activity can also be given to the users simultaneously. Select the check box option of "Show logs" to give permission to the users. You can view the account logs in the NotifyVisitors dashboard.

Note: The user can choose the time frame and select the product from the drop-down menu to view the account activity.

WHAT ALL TASKS CAN A TEAM MEMBER PERFORM IN ACCOUNT ACCESS :

Account access is divided into five categories/roles :

• Analytics
• Maker
• Checker
• Admin
• No access

Let’s see the implication of each category :

1.Analytics :

If you assign the role to a team member of this category, he can perform the following tasks :

• He/she can only view analytics and cannot be given access to any other tasks.

2. Maker: A maker can perform the following actions :

• He/she can view analytics.
• He/she can create campaigns/duplicate campaigns and edit the inactive campaigns. 

3.  Checker :

A checker can perform the following tasks :

• He/she can view the analytics.
• He/she can create campaigns/duplicate campaigns and edit the inactive campaigns.
• He/she can activate, delete, duplicate campaigns, and can delete the stats

4. Admin 

An admin can perform the following actions in “account access” :

• He/she can view the analytics.
• He/she can create campaigns/duplicate campaigns and edit the inactive campaigns.
• He/she can activate, delete, duplicate campaigns, and can delete the stats.
• He/she can have access to the account settings.

5. No access :

• A team member under this category cannot perform any of the tasks.

Note: Campaigns here indicate the notification, survey, web push, app push, in-app messages, journey, and segments.

Grant access to the team members for better management and brand effectiveness.
