Account management now becomes a handy task as NotifyVisitors gives its members and agents, authority and control over performing different tasks at hand such as create, update, duplicate, activate and delete the campaigns, view analytics, account settings, and so on.
Account logs in NotifyVisitors allow you to view the activities done by the agents in the account. You can view the changes done for any specific channel such as Push, AB testing, banner, surveys, SMS, lead forms, etc. Also, you can choose to select any specific campaign and view the activities done on that specific campaign over a specific period of time. These functionalities simplify the process of account access management.

HOW TO VIEW THE ACCOUNT LOGS IN NOTIFYVISITORS :
Earlier you can only view the agent name and the time at which the changes were done in the account. But now NotifyVisitors enables you to view the IP address, the country, and the region of the agent who performed the activities. Also, you can filter the logs as per the campaign ID which you can select from the drop-down menu under the CAMPAIGN category.
Below are the steps to view the account logs in the NotifyVisitors panel :
1.Navigate to the NotifyVisitors dashboard> Profile> Account logs.
2. Define the following filters in order to view the logs :
- Date filter: Select the date range for which you want to view the logs.
- Channel: Select a specific channel whose logs you want to view such as Push, AB test, Lead form.
- Campaigns: You can choose to view the logs for either all the campaigns or you can select any specific campaign along with the campaign ID to view the logs of that specific campaign.
For example - If you wish to view the logs of a specific campaign in the push channel, select the Push from the CHANNEL category. Next, select the campaign from the drop-down menu as given in the below image.
- Here you can view the name of the agent who did the changes in the campaign. You can view the time, IP address, country, and region from where the changes were made. Also, you can view the activity done by the agent. Simultaneously, you can watch the previous activity of that campaign and what was done afterward under the AFTER and BEFORE categories.
- Also, you can have a panoramic view of the logs of all the campaigns under the PUSH channel. Simply select ALL from the drop-down menu of the CAMPAIGN category.
