What are the user tokens?

User Tokens are the user attributes which we pass while creating a user and later can be used to target them through campaigns. i.e. Push campaigns, SMS campaigns, banners, and surveys.

Example: They are defined as the personal data of the user. i.e. their names, email ids, city, and phone numbers.

Where can you pass user tokens :

The main purpose of passing the attributes is to identify the user when he performs an action on your website. In order to identify the user, you can attach the attributes to the user's profiles.

How do you pass the user tokens: First of all, integrate the javascript code on your site.

What are event tokens?

Event tokens are the event attributes which we pass on the basis of users' behavioral attributes while they perform an event.

For example: If a user purchased a product or adds a product to their cart. Therefore, you can pass the attribute of the product name as your event token.

Event tokens can be saved in the database and can be used for later purposes when a user visits your website.

What are the dynamic event tokens?

Dynamic event tokens are those attributes that we can pass in real-time. These attributes are not meant to be saved like event tokens.

for example -  A user visited your website. Searched for a product. You can display a web banner campaign to the user regarding the discounted price of the product so as to urge him to buy the product.
