HOW TO CONFIGURE THE FEATURE OF MULTIPLE LEAD FORMS :
You can run multiple lead forms on the same page but sometimes hiding or not showing the other forms when a form is already visible comes handier for the users as well for you as a client. The users do not want to fill in more forms as it becomes a lengthy procedure to fill multiple forms. Also, the layout of the website can appear more chaotic when you run multiple forms on the same page.
At notifyvisitors, you can hide the forms if the other forms are already visible with one simple feature of “do not show lead forms if they are already visible”.
Below are the steps to configure the feature :
1. Navigate to the notifyvisitors dashboard> signup forms > form.
2. Click on the CREATE NEW FORM button to navigate to the INTEGRATION section to configure the feature.
3. Go to the Configure page URLs to find the Show / Hide this form if other forms are already present on the same page feature. Choose the DON’T SHOW option to stop showing a form if other forms are already present. Click on the UPDATE button to configure this functionality. Now, the form which you have hidden will no longer be shown.
